Pittock Mansion - Henry L. Pittock's home

Pittock Mansion was completed in 1914 as the country estate and city-view home of newspaper publisher Henry L. Pittock, longtime owner of The Oregonian. The French Renaissance-style mansion sits on the West Hills overlooking downtown Portland and the Willamette River. It is preserved as a historic house museum operated for public visitation and interpretation of the Pittock family and Portland history.
