MOHAI maritime and archaeological collections

The Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) in Seattle holds collections that include artifacts recovered from maritime archaeological investigations in Lake Washington and Puget Sound, as well as material culture from historic-era industrial sites. MOHAI curators and researchers collaborate with archaeologists to conserve, study, and exhibit these items, which document Seattle’s maritime and industrial past. The museum also maintains archival records related to excavations and historic vessels.
