Fairview, also known as the Peerce Home Place, is a historic house and national historic district located near Burlington, West Virginia. This site features seven contributing buildings, including a main house built in the 1860s, showcasing a blend of Federal and Greek Revival architectural styles. Visitors can admire its distinctive two-story brick structure, hipped roof with a cupola, and elegant Ionic columns on the portico. The property also includes a log cabin dating back to around 1800 and various farm-related outbuildings, making it a fascinating destination for history enthusiasts and tourists alike. Fairview was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
