Merit–Tandy Farmstead

The Merit–Tandy Farmstead, also known as the Tandy-Tillotson House, is a historic site located in Posey Township, Switzerland County, Indiana. Built around 1845, this one-story, five-bay Federal style brick house offers stunning views of the Ohio River. The property includes several notable structures, such as an ice house from the same era, a large wooden barn, and a well house.
