Sanford Hotel

The Sanford Hotel, also known as the Conant Hotel, is a historic seven-story building located in Omaha, Nebraska. Constructed between 1916 and 1917 for Dr. Harold Gifford, an ophthalmologist and real estate investor, the hotel showcases the Chicago school architectural style designed by John Latenser Sr. Renamed in 1939 by its manager Harley Conant, the hotel has been recognized for its historical significance and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
