Drybridge House, Monmouth

Drybridge House is a historic 17th-century Grade II* listed building located in Monmouth, Wales, now serving as a community centre. Originally built for John Roberts before 1558, the current structure was rebuilt in 1671 by William Roberts. The house features exquisite interiors with fine plasterwork, woodcarvings, and Arthurian-themed roundels. It has a rich history, including ties to notable figures like composer Edward Elgar. After serving various community purposes, it underwent significant restoration and was reopened to the public in 2003, making it a key stop on the Monmouth Heritage Trail.
