Franklin-Penland House

The Franklin-Penland House, also known as the Theodore C. Franklin House, is a historic home located in Linville Falls, North Carolina. Built around 1883, this two-story I-house features a distinctive two-tiered porch added in 1915. The property also includes a former U.S. Post Office building from 1907, which served the community until 1925. Recognized for its historical significance, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
