Kronish House

The Kronish House, a stunning 7,000 square foot villa designed by renowned architect Richard Neutra in 1955, is located in Beverly Hills, California. This architectural gem features a unique pinwheel design and is set on a spacious 2-acre lot, offering six bedrooms and a glass-enclosed garden area. Notably, it is one of only three Neutra designs in Beverly Hills and the only one that remains intact. Originally built for real estate developer Herbert Kronish and his wife Hazel, the house faced potential demolition in 2011 but was saved by new owners and local preservation efforts. Today, it stands as a testament to mid-century modern architecture, having undergone careful restoration while retaining its original charm.
