Mother Bethel A.M.E. Church - historic African American church with musical traditions

Mother Bethel A.M.E. Church, founded in 1794 and located in Philadelphia's Old City, is the mother church of the African Methodist Episcopal denomination and the oldest African American congregation in the United States.
