Sandhurst Las Vegas
By Seeker
Sandhurst Las Vegas was an ambitious high-rise condominium project planned for downtown Las Vegas, announced in 2004 by Sandhurst Development. Designed to feature a 35-story tower with 398 units, the project faced numerous delays due to rising construction costs and was ultimately cancelled in 2007. Initially projected to cost $180 million, the project aimed to capitalize on the booming Las Vegas real estate market but struggled with financing and regulatory hurdles. Despite the cancellation, the site remains a point of interest, as plans for a Grand Central Hotel were announced but have yet to materialize.
