Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign

Designed by Betty Willis and erected in 1959, the sign marks the south end of the Las Vegas Strip and is a longstanding photo destination for visitors. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. The sign's median location and pedestrian plaza attract large numbers of tourists who routinely visit specifically to photograph it.
