Eskom Centre

The Eskom Centre is a historic office tower located in the Central Business District of Johannesburg, South Africa. Completed in 1958, it stands 61 meters tall and was once the tallest building in the city. Originally serving as the headquarters for Eskom, the national electricity supplier, the building is notable for its architectural significance and its role in the city's development. Situated in Braamfontein, the Eskom Centre replaced an earlier structure and was built on land that previously housed a dairy and residential properties.
