Athletes Village, Baku

The Athletes Village in Baku, Azerbaijan, originally built for the 2015 European Games and later the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games, is a vibrant residential area located in the Nizami District, near the Olympic Stadium. Comprising 13 apartment buildings with over 1,000 apartments, it can accommodate around 7,500 residents. The village features two large restaurants offering Azerbaijani and European cuisine, alongside various amenities including a school, gym, and leisure centers. Initially intended for SOCAR workers, the village has become a notable site for sports events and community activities.
