Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art

Kirkland Museum relocated into a purpose-built facility adjacent to the Clyfford Still Museum and opened the new building in 2018. The museum houses the paintings of Denver artist Vance Kirkland alongside an extensive collection of decorative arts and furniture displayed in assembled period-room galleries spanning the late 19th through 20th centuries. Its combination of a single-artist collection with an encyclopedic decorative arts collection and the specially designed galleries distinguishes it within Denver's museum district.
