Liberty Bell display (Liberty Bell Center)

The Liberty Bell, an 18th-century bell bearing an inscription from Leviticus, is housed and exhibited in the Liberty Bell Center on Independence National Historical Park grounds. The bell has been displayed in the current Liberty Bell Center building since 2003 as a permanent public exhibition managed by the National Park Service, and millions of visitors view the installed artifact annually. The display presents the bell alongside interpretive exhibits about its history and symbolism.
