Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park

The Seattle Asian Art Museum occupies the historic Art Deco building in Volunteer Park and is a branch of the Seattle Art Museum focused on Asian art. The original museum building opened in 1933 and after a major renovation it reopened as the Asian Art Museum in February 2020. The museum houses collections spanning many Asian regions and hosts rotating exhibitions and educational programs.
