Rosenborggade 7–9

Rosenborggade 7–9 is a historic complex of mid-19th-century buildings located at the intersection of Rosenborggade and Tornebuskegade in Copenhagen's Old Town, near Nørreport station. The site includes a prominent corner building constructed in 1810 and expanded in 1846-47, along with an adjacent building from 1847 and a courtyard warehouse. Notably, the philosopher Søren Kierkegaard lived here from 1848 to 1850, during which he wrote significant works including 'The Sickness unto Death.' The complex is recognized as a protected heritage site since 1975 and has housed various notable residents, including actors Ludvig and Louise Phister, making it a point of interest for tourists and researchers alike.
