Casa Rio, also known as the S.W. Stribley House, is a historic house located in Florida, built in 1926 and designed in the Mission/Spanish Revival style by architects Henry Van Ryn and Gerrit de Gelleke. This architectural gem was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996, highlighting its significance and the surrounding 2.3 acres of land. The architects are noted for their work primarily in Wisconsin, with Casa Rio being a notable example of their design prowess. Since 2001, the house has been owned by John A. Carbona, a prominent figure in the biotechnology industry, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers exploring Florida's architectural heritage.
