Parus Hotel, Dnipro

The Parus Hotel is an unfinished skyscraper located on the banks of the Dnieper River in Dnipro, Ukraine. Standing at 114 meters tall with 32 stories, it was originally designed in the 1970s to serve as a luxurious venue for party congresses and a lodging for visitors. The ambitious project included numerous amenities such as restaurants, conference halls, and even a swimming pool. However, due to financial mismanagement and halted construction, the building remains incomplete. Today, it serves as a striking landmark and a symbol of the city's architectural aspirations, with plans for its future still uncertain.
