Big Tex Choice Awards (State Fair of Texas)

The Big Tex Choice Awards is an annual culinary competition held during the State Fair of Texas in which vendors submit new novelty and fried foods to be judged. Winners receive cash prizes and the opportunity to sell the winning item at the State Fair. The contest is organized by the State Fair of Texas and takes place on the Fair Park grounds during the fair each autumn.
