Forge Farm

Forge Farm is a historic site located in Warwick, Rhode Island, established in the mid-17th century by the Greene family. It is notable as the birthplace of General Nathanael Greene, a key figure in the American Revolutionary War. The main house, originally built in 1684, has undergone various extensions and alterations over the centuries. The farm was owned by Nathanael's brother Christopher and his wife Deborah, linking it to significant historical figures. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, Forge Farm offers a glimpse into early American history and agriculture.
