Musée Mécanique - one of the world's largest collections of coin-operated machines

Musée Mécanique houses a collection of several hundred coin-operated mechanical musical instruments and antique arcade machines, billed by the museum and multiple sources as one of the largest private collections of its kind in the world. The collection includes mechanical pianos, vintage arcade games, fortune tellers, and automated musical displays dating from the 19th and 20th centuries. The museum is located on Pier 45 at Fisherman's Wharf and is open to the public with many playable machines.
