Ruge Hall

Ruge Hall, located at 655 West Jefferson Street in Tallahassee, Florida, is a historic site and the Episcopal Diocese of Florida's center for ministry to Florida State University. Built in 1931 by John G. Ruge as a memorial to his wife, it originally served as the Episcopal Chapel of the Resurrection. Over the years, it has transitioned into a social hall and office space, while still providing a place for worship and community engagement. Added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1997, Ruge Hall is notable for its architectural significance, being one of the last remaining buildings designed by Edward D. Fitchner, and continues to serve students and the local community.
