Atterbury House

Atterbury House is a notable office skyscraper located in Cape Town, South Africa, standing at 417 ft (127 m) tall with 29 stories. Completed in 1976, it was once the second tallest building in the city and is now the fifth tallest. The building has housed various significant organizations, including The Metropolitan Health Group and the Department of Public Works. In 2013, it was acquired by Ascension Properties for R341 million. Over the years, Atterbury House has prominently featured branding from major companies like FNB and Samsung, making it a recognizable landmark in Cape Town's skyline.
