Howard Home for Aged Men

The Howard Home for Aged Men, now known as Building 60, is a historic residential care building located on the Brockton Veterans Administration campus in Massachusetts. Constructed in 1924, it was specifically designed for the care of elderly men and was later acquired by the VA in 1949. This 2+1⁄2-story brick building features distinctive architectural elements, including a gabled roof and Corinthian columns. It has been repurposed multiple times by the VA and is currently undergoing rehabilitation to provide housing for veterans. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in historical architecture and veteran care.
