Morian Hall of Paleontology - Houston Museum of Natural Science

The Morian Hall of Paleontology at the Houston Museum of Natural Science houses a large public collection of fossil specimens, including mounted dinosaur skeletons and marine reptiles recovered from Cretaceous Gulf Coast deposits. The exhibit displays fossils that span major intervals of the Mesozoic and Cenozoic eras and interprets local Texas fossil-bearing formations along the Gulf Coastal Plain. HMNS collections and displays are used for research and education by museum staff and visiting paleontologists.
