George H. Hauschild Building

The George H. Hauschild Building, located at 206 N. Liberty in Victoria, Texas, is a historic two-story brick structure built in 1914. Designed by architect Jules Leffland, it originally served as the headquarters for George H. Hauschild's cigar manufacturing business, with a residential unit above. This building reflects the early 20th-century architectural style and is significant for its association with the local cigar industry and Hauschild's ranching activities in the area. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 as part of a broader effort to recognize historic resources in Victoria.
