Ambassador Bridge international commercial crossing

The Ambassador Bridge is a privately owned suspension bridge that opened in 1929 and links Detroit, Michigan, to Windsor, Ontario, across the Detroit River. It carries a very large portion of U.S.–Canada surface commercial truck traffic and is routinely cited as the busiest international commercial border crossing between the two countries by trade value. The bridge's U.S. plaza and administrative offices are located on Detroit's west riverfront.
