Diego Rivera's Detroit Industry Murals

Diego Rivera painted the Detroit Industry mural cycle in the Rivera Court of the Detroit Institute of Arts in 1932–1933. The multi-panel work depicts workers, machines, and industrial processes centered on the automobile industry and its supply chains. The murals were commissioned for the museum and remain on permanent public display at the DIA.
