Jonathan Wade House

The Jonathan Wade House, located at 13 Bradlee Road in Medford, Massachusetts, is a historic First Period house notable for its 17th-century brickwork. Originally built on the site in 1689, it underwent Georgian styling in the mid-18th century. The house has a rich history, having been owned by Samuel C. Lawrence, Medford's first mayor, and served as a medical office for many years. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975 and recently sold for $1.23 million in January 2024, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers alike.
