Peralta Adobe & Fallon House (Oldest Buildings in San José)

The Peralta Adobe, built in 1797, is the oldest surviving building in San José and is preserved as part of the Peralta Adobe & Fallon House Historic Site. The adjacent Fallon House, a Victorian-era residence built in 1855 and remodeled in the 1870s, together illustrate two distinct periods of the city's architectural and civic history.
