Bosmal City Center

The Bosmal City Center (BCC) is a striking skyscraper in Sarajevo, standing at 118 meters, making it the second tallest residential building in the Balkans. This impressive structure not only offers residential apartments but also features a variety of amenities including restaurants, salons, and shops, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors. Developed by the Bosnian firm Bosmal, the project represents a significant investment of €120 million and is noted as the largest direct foreign greenfield investment in the country. The BCC showcases the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of its founders, who returned to Bosnia after emigrating during the war, and it has created thousands of jobs, involving nearly seventy companies in its construction.
