Foundry Square

Foundry Square is an impressive complex of four interconnected 10-story buildings located in San Francisco's vibrant South of Market neighborhood, near the Salesforce Transit Center. With a total interior area of 1.2 million square feet, this mixed-use development features a blend of office spaces, including the headquarters of Slack and the law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. The architectural design, which includes striking dual-glaze glass walls, creates a unique public square framed by art installations and greenery. Completed in phases between 2003 and 2014, Foundry Square is not only a hub for businesses but also a space for public engagement, making it an interesting destination for tourists and researchers alike. However, as of May 2023, the area faces significant office vacancy challenges.
