Luzon Apartment Building

The Luzon Apartment Building, also known as The Westover, is a historic Romanesque Revival structure located in the West End neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Completed in 1896 and designed by architect Nicholas T. Haller, it stands as one of the last surviving examples from the early era of apartment buildings in the city.
