James Turrell's "Twilight Epiphany" Skyspace

James Turrell's 'Twilight Epiphany' Skyspace was installed on the Rice University campus and completed in 2012 as a site-specific light and sky installation. The work features an aperture in the ceiling and programmed LED lighting that creates timed color-change experiences at sunrise and sunset, often presented as scheduled public events.
