SAP Center (formerly San Jose Arena) - major concert arena

The SAP Center at San Jose opened in 1993 as the San Jose Arena and has served as the city's primary large-capacity indoor venue. In addition to being home to the NHL's San Jose Sharks, the arena has hosted numerous touring rock, pop, and other music concerts by major artists since its opening. The venue is a central site for large-scale live music performances in Silicon Valley.
