400 Lake Shore

400 Lake Shore is an ambitious skyscraper complex currently under construction in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood, replacing the previously proposed Chicago Spire. The development features two residential towers, with the northern tower reaching 875 feet and the southern tower at 765 feet. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project also includes the long-awaited DuSable Park, enhancing the area along the Chicago River. Designed by the renowned firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, the complex aims to provide a mix of luxury and affordable housing, with a total of 1,135 residential units across both towers.
