Colcord Building (early reinforced-concrete skyscraper)

The Colcord Building, completed in 1910 for entrepreneur Charles Colcord, is recognized as Oklahoma City's first skyscraper and an early example of reinforced-concrete construction in the region. Originally developed as an office building, it later underwent restoration and adaptive reuse as a boutique hotel and mixed-use space while retaining its historic facade and structural system.
