Magnolia Market

Magnolia Market at the Silos is a vibrant shopping complex in downtown Waco, Texas, featuring iconic 120-foot silos from the former Brazos Valley Cotton Oil Company. Owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV's Fixer Upper fame, the market opened to the public in 2015 and has since transformed the area, attracting around 30,000 visitors weekly. The complex includes a large retail store, food truck park, bakery, and garden store, with free admission except during special events. Popular events like Spring at the Silos and Silobration draw large crowds, and a $10.4 million expansion is underway to enhance the experience with new shops and attractions.
