Azerbaijan Football Academy

The Azerbaijan Football Academy, established on February 23, 2009, serves as a premier youth training facility for aspiring footballers in Azerbaijan. Officially opened by UEFA vice president Şenes Erzik, the academy boasts state-of-the-art training amenities, including multiple grass pitches, a floodlit synthetic pitch, a gym, hydrotherapy pools, and specialized areas for fitness and goalkeeping. It has attracted notable visitors, including former Spain national team captain Fernando Hierro, and aims to nurture young talent for the future of Azerbaijani football.
