Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Located on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club is a prominent timeshare property that has a rich history dating back to the El Rancho Vegas hotel and casino, which operated from 1941 until its destruction in 1960. After years of vacancy, Hilton Grand Vacations purchased the land in 2001 and began constructing a 28-story timeshare tower, which opened in 2004. A second 38-story tower followed, completed in 2006, bringing the total number of units to 714. This development revitalized a previously underdeveloped area of the Strip, making it an attractive destination for tourists seeking a luxurious vacation experience.
