The 1221 Brickell Building is a striking high-rise in downtown Miami, renowned for its all-glass, tiered design. Completed in 1986, this 365-foot tall tower features 28 floors and offers over 600,000 square feet of office space, making it a key player in Miami's financial district. Located near Biscayne Bay, it stands as a prominent landmark in the Brickell area, although it faced damage during Hurricane Wilma in 2005 when many glass panels were lost.
