Pasig Revolving Tower

The Pasig Revolving Tower, a 12-storey Brutalist building in Metro Manila, Philippines, was originally constructed in 1974 and features a unique revolving restaurant on its 11th floor. Initially named Mutya ng Pasig Tower, it faced economic challenges in the 1980s that led to its decline.
