Portland Center Stage at The Armory

The Armory, a late 19th-century U.S. Army reserve building, was renovated to house Portland Center Stage and reopened as a performing-arts complex in the 2000s. Portland Center Stage at The Armory is a regional theater company producing contemporary and classic plays and is noted for adaptive reuse of the historic structure. The venue combines preserved historic architecture with modern theatrical facilities in Portland's Pearl District.
