Rimini Skyscraper

The Rimini Skyscraper, standing at 101.5 meters tall, is the tallest building in Rimini and was completed in 1959. Designed by engineer Raoul Puhali, it features 29 floors with 180 apartments and offices, and is conveniently located near the train station and the beach. The building includes rapid elevators, a commercial podium, and a 24-hour concierge service. In 2017, it was the subject of the documentary 'Cinema Grattacielo,' showcasing the lives of its residents, making it a unique point of interest for visitors and researchers alike.
