Villa Rose

Villa Rose is a historic mansion located in Aleppo, Syria, built in 1928 by wealthy businessman Subhi Kabbabé during the French Mandate. Known for its striking pink-colored stones and Baroque architectural style, it is considered the first building in Aleppo to incorporate pure European design elements. The mansion has a rich history, having served as a maternity hospital in the late 1940s and facing potential demolition in the 1960s before being preserved due to public demand. Now owned by businessman Abdul Aziz al-Sukhni, Villa Rose is recognized as an architectural heritage monument, making it a significant site for tourists and researchers interested in Syria's cultural history.
