Key Bank Tower (Everett, Washington)

Key Bank Tower, standing at 203 feet, is the tallest building in Everett, Washington, since its completion in 1994. Originally the headquarters for Everett Mutual Bank, it now houses various offices including Farmers Insurance and Merrill Lynch, along with retail spaces. Located at 2707 Colby Avenue, it is adjacent to the Everett Performing Arts Center and features radio studios on its top floor. The tower was part of a larger development project aimed at revitalizing downtown Everett, which faced decline in the late 20th century. Its construction began in 1993, following the demolition of a Pay 'n Save store, and it has since become a notable landmark in the city.
