Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (Mission Control)

The Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC) has been NASA's center for human spaceflight operations since the 1960s and houses the Mission Control Center that managed Apollo-era missions including Apollo 11. The JSC campus continues to support U.S. human spaceflight operations and Mission Control now directs International Space Station activities. The center and its association with mission control communications have made JSC a widely recognized historic and technological landmark in Houston.
