Jesse Mount House

The Jesse Mount House, also known as the Champion–McAlpin House, is a historic home located at 122–124 West Jones Street in Savannah, Georgia. Constructed in 1852 for Jesse Mount, the house features a wing added in 1857 and was owned by Mrs. Maria McAlpin from 1859 to 1888. Significant improvements were made to the property in 1861, totaling $9,000. Recognized for its historical importance, the house is part of the Savannah Historic District and has been noted for its architectural significance in surveys conducted by the Historic Savannah Foundation.
