Horizons 101

Horizons 101 is a striking condominium complex located in Cebu City, Philippines, featuring two towers that dominate the skyline. Tower 1, completed in late 2015, stands at 185 meters with 55 floors, making it the tallest building outside Metro Manila and the tallest in Cebu City. Tower 2, finished in early 2019, reaches 168 meters and has 46 floors, ranking as the second tallest in the city. The complex's name reflects the total number of floors across both towers. Construction began in 2012, overcoming challenges such as a site incident that temporarily halted progress. With an investment of approximately 3.6 billion pesos, Horizons 101 not only offers residential units but also plans for a third tower aimed at business process outsourcing, making it a significant development in the region.
